Who we are
Full Sail is a live band based on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. This policy covers our website and the booking text alerts we send to the band's own phone.
What we collect
When you send a booking request through our website, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your name and phone number
- Your event date, event type, venue and town, expected guests, music and sound needs
- Anything else you write in the message box
We don't use tracking cookies or advertising tools, and we don't collect payment details on the website.
How we use it
We use your request only to check our availability, contact you about your event, and give you a quote. Each request is sent as one text message to the band leader's phone so we can reply quickly. We don't add you to any mailing or marketing list.
Text messages (SMS)
Our text alerts go only to the band's own phone. People who submit the booking form do not receive text messages from this program.
- Message frequency varies with the number of booking requests.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop the alerts at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. We only share it with the service providers that deliver the booking request to us (our website host, form service, and text-message provider), and only so they can deliver it. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking requests only as long as we need them to plan and follow up on your event. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us. Message us on Instagram at @fullsailband and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

About these terms
These terms cover the Full Sail website, its booking request form, and the Full Sail Booking Alerts text-message program. By using the site or the program, you agree to them.
Full Sail Booking Alerts (SMS)
Full Sail Booking Alerts sends one text message to the band leader's own phone each time someone submits a booking request on our website. The only recipient is the band. People who submit the booking form do not receive text messages from this program.
- Opting in: the recipient opts in by texting START to the program number.
- Frequency: message frequency varies with the number of booking requests.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed, then no more messages. Reply START to sign up again.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or message us on Instagram at @fullsailband.
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Booking requests
Sending a booking request is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. A date is only booked once we've agreed on the details and price with you directly. Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you.
Using the website
Please don't misuse the booking form, for example by sending spam or someone else's details. The photos, videos, logo and text on the site belong to Full Sail or are used with permission, and may not be reused without our OK.
No warranty
We do our best to keep the site and show listings accurate and working, but they are provided as is. Show dates can change. We aren't responsible for problems caused by outside services, such as a request or text that fails to arrive.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
